More on those "porcelain flowers"...  I got this idea of "stacking the porcelain flowers" from my friend Gloria of Shabbytown USA!!!  Do visit her Web Site ~ She has some of THE BEST SHaBBies Ever!!!  It was a sheer pleasure meeting her in Warrenton Texas a couple years ago...

Here's more of a full view of the area...

It's already changed quite a bit since I took these pictures a few days ago...

Just sweet!*!*!

I had this perfectly shabby light base at The Grayslake Show some weeks ago...  Sooooo glad it didn't sell!!!  I just knew it had potential ~ I added the vintage glass shade and a candle  BEST!*!*!

Hope to SEE YOU this Weekend!!!

If you see something you like and can't think of how to display it ~ maybe I can share some inspiration...

**ChiPPy!-SHaBBy!** ViNtaGe BIRD TIN!*!*!

I'm getting Sooooo Excited about this Upcoming Weekend's Antique Show in St. Charles, Illinois!*!*!  Yesterday I made some "firm decisions" as to what items I will be bringing to the Show...
This darling little VINTAGE BIRDIE CONTAINER WAS Among Them...  That's right - WAS!!! ~ Soooooo Sorry!!!  (4) - On & Off price tags later...  I came to my senses - brought it back upstairs... AND "for now" ~ it's staying put among my vintage garden collectibles!*!*!  At least this is ONE item I wont' have to say:  "What Was I Thinking"!!!

The Patina on the old bird decal is FaB!!!

I have "a love for vintage bird items" and I can't believe I even considered parting with it!!!

The backside of the painted tin container also has bird ~ less patina...

The top embossed inscriptions reveal that perhaps it contained "CANDY" -OR- "SEEDS" at one time???

 Sweet...

A PeRfeCt "go-with" among my other vintage garden collectibles...

**ChiPPy!-SHaBBy!** ViNtaGe WINTER-IN-THE-GARDEN...

I'VE GOT "CABIN FEVER"!!!  OR Should I say - I did till this MoRning ~  THE SUN FINALLY CAME OUT!!!   I grabbed my "snow boots" and headed out in "foot-deep" snow to snap this "fun pic" of our time-worn vintage motel chairs adorned with Snow and Icicles!*!*!

I've had this ViNtaGe Motel Chair along with 2 others for the longest time...  Each season the patina gets better and better ~ revealing MORE layers of time-worn chippy paint patina!*!*!

The chairs surround our well-covered "Fire Pit"...

You can catch a glimpse of a rusty... crusty... ViNtaGe Bicycle in the background!!!  The bicycle looks fab in the summer months with it's "back fender area" filled with a crate of FLoWerS!*!*!

I netted these sparkling pretties at the last Grayslake Flea Market...  I love adding a "special touch" to this and that with sweet adornments...  Fussies like this even look FaB just mounded in a special little trinket dish!!!
