Just love it displayed on our screened-in porch...
The blanket-stitched thread edges are a bit frayed - just the way I like it, along with a slight time-worn fading near the antlers...

Capes... Ponchos... Jackets...
I am SO jealous ! By the end of this week we'll be at 100 degrees. AGAIN. "Near 90" sounds lovely! Still plenty of time to enjoy the pool here in central texas. Love that cape/poncho...can't wait to get into my turtlenecks either. Of course, I don't envy you your winters. I can head to the flea market through the whole season. And that's why we live in Texas. Thanks for sharing these brief glimpses into what might be.
ReplyDeleteThat IS a keeper - perfection! I'll confess that even though it's hot, I'm not quite ready to give up on summer yet; only because fall means shorter days and I need light to thrive.
