ChiPPy!-SHaBBy! ShoPPing ~ M*I*C*H*I*G*A*N

~** Michigan **~
R*O*A*D   T*R*I*P
*E*A*R*L*Y Friday Morning, Frog Husband & I hit the road
 for a 3-Day ShaBBy-ShoPPing Spree in Michigan...
As you can see ~ By Sunday Evening - the SHABBBY VAN
was quite F*U*L*L...

One of our **Main ShoPPing Stops**
Neither of us had shopped this Market before...

I could hardly believe my eyes when I spotted
 this Dealer's Booth!*!*!
OMG!*!*! ~ OMG!*!*!
Jackie definitely had my taste when it comes to a
 "Natural" time-worn chippy patina!!!
I was vamping over her booth for at least a good hour
while she was setting up ~
and did I ever find the SHaBBies here!!!

Yet ANOTHER - OMG!!! ~Just FaB,  Over-The-Top Booth
BUTTER BEANS ANTIQUES...
It was such a pleasure to meet *AMY & BRAD*
Just darling couple and business partners!*!*!
And what "An-Eye" Amy has for SHaBBies!*!*!
I most certainly made quite a haul in their booth!!!

This pic and the following are SHaBBy SighTinGs from the Market...

I was so surprised to SEE Polly Hood's Booth at Allegan!!!
Her darling Husband, was "holding down the fort" - ALL BY HIMSELF,
while Polly stayed home!!!  He did an incredible job setting
 up the eye-catching displays!*!*!

are regular vendors at ALLEGAN...
Talking with my *Frog Husband*...

 I LoVed ShoPPing this Market!*!*!
NO TUBE SOCKS -or- SPICES HERE!!!
The grounds were just lovely with lots of Shade Trees...
EASY to navigate & make runs to the van..

It reminded me of THE SANDWICH ILLINOIS MARKET -
Year's Ago, but on a smaller scale...
V*I*N*T*A*G*E Items in abundance!!!
Primitives
Antiques
Industrial
Shabbies
only wish it wasn't that far of a drive from Wisconsin...
But Jackie & Amy's BOOTH'S Would definitely make it worth the drive!!!

  1. Looks like you scored some fabulous finds! And from what you showed us of that market, there were plenty of fabulous finds to be had! By the way, did "Frog Husband" buy the frog crate? ;)

  2. WHAT???!! You were at Allegan?? I have a booth there too and would have loved to have met you in person! My stuff is already refinished and not quite chippy, but still ;-) It was cool to see you are some of our friends booths.

Every single time i walk by Jackie's booth i think of you, figures you would love it.

We were outside booth 195, two canopies (one gree, one white)on the outside of the youth building. You likely had to drive right by us on the way in.

    Maybe next time, (sigh)

  5. OMG, we could have been walking around in circles and missed each other, and it could have all happened in Jackie's booth. I can never stay away from her finds. I always remind her "I haven't even seen the rest of show," and my truck is already full, from her.
