ViNtaGe PAPER MACHE SQUIRREL VASE...

Waking Up to 32 degree temperatures this morning...  Wearing my Winter Coat/Down Vest for a few days now... Gloves & Hat on-my-walks...   It's feeling more like "Early-Winter" instead of a Crisp Fall Day!*!*!

Yard  Squirrels are B*U*S*Y!*!*!  

A sure sign that Winter/Holidays are just around the corner... 

This ViNtaGe Paper Mache Squirrel Vase

 will stay displayed till Thanksgiving adorning

 the bedside table in our Guest Room...

The Annabelle Hydrangeas 

will remind me of warmer days gone by

 ~ adding just a hint of color...

 feels so refreshing...  I'm getting a little tired of all the Strong Fall/Halloween Color I've been

displaying with lately...

The Harvest of our beautiful

 Annabelle Hydrangeas Is-In... 

 However ~ this year's crop wasn't the best... 

Lot's of "odd" little brown spots - but I would imagine

 that they could easily be plucked off

to "freshen them"...

Due to these blemishes - this year,  

I did not HarVesT as many...

 Last Saturday I picked up this FaB Fresh Bittersweet Vine 

@ KANE COUNTY FLEA, in Illinois, from my friend ~Sue~

It was just E*X*C*E*P*T*I*O*N*A*L

YES, you read it right - last Saturday I did a whirlwind

 "Drive & Turn-Around" to Kane and back - 

before setting up at the Cedarburg Flea...

OMG!*!*!

 I found the PeRfeCt Place For It ~

Adorning a ChiPPy-W*H*I*T*E Architectural

 Window Frame in my Office/Loft...

I usually save my "seasonal" displays for the front entry area in our home,  but this AwEsoMe SaLvaGed Piece was just calling for the Bittersweet...

 I filled this larger ViNtaGe Basket with Hydrangeas from our garden...

I just love the "PoP"- Of - Apple Green...

I found this darling "smaller-size" Basket at Kane

 on Saturday,  in Diane Passi's Booth...

**ChiPPy!-SHaBBy! BaSkeT with FaLL Hydrangeas!*!*!

On our property, we have some of "The BeSt" Annabelle Hydrangeas!!!   Annabelle's produce very large blooms...  In between working on my SHaBBies yesterday, I just knew it was "H*A*R*V*E*S*T   T*I*M*E, - with the hydrangeas having turned green for about two weeks now...

 Before hanging them up to dry... -

 I just had to see what they would look like displayed!!!

 I grabbed this FaB SHaBBy Wire Basket that I purchased at Viva la Cottage mid-summer...  The Basket is quite unusual - as it is much much taller than it's more commonly seen shorter version... 

 BeSt Time-Worn PaTiNa!*!*!

It's wire frame is coated with a rubber of sort ~

 that has now aged just FaBuLously...

 Such Great Form...  ~ LoVe the Rusty Handle too...

Soooooo Much more Interesting than Brand New!*!*!

"Not Tooooo SHaBBy GaRaGe" - now that the Harvest Is In!!! 

    Looks soooo refreshing with all the Hydrangeas hung on the ladder to dry...  A lovely Accent - to adorn your Fall Baskets/Containers with their GoRgeOuS Apple Green Color...

**EaRLy FaLL Hydrangeas** ~ In SHaBBy Containers...

I just LoVe Hydrangeas!*!*!  They're such a lovely Fall/Winter adornment...  I NEVER tire of their "apple green" color ~ it mixes sooooo well with shades of white & beige tones...  By the time Halloween arrives I've had enough of "Orange"  ~  November browns... reds... & golds... still mix well with the "apple green"...  Here are a few examples of "SHaBBy Containters" adorned with our LoVeLy Annabell Hydrangeas...

I sold this lovely chippy wicker stand on Ebay last year...  It was just perfect for the hydrangeas...

Love this Early Fall adornment...  The hydrangeas really make the tole container "POP"...

Hydrangeas look "Just Fab" in old metal planters...
