Cedarburg's Plein-Air Paintings!*!*!

Our little town has been "A Buzzzzz" with Artists for about a week now... ~ Our Annual Strawberry Festival - this upcoming weekend, hosts a PLEIN-AIR PAINTING CONTEST/SALE... The paintings are available for viewing/sale at the Cedarburg Cultural Center...

  This Artist was using "chalks"...  Others I've seen were oils...  watercolors...

This Artist was almost done... 

I just loved her little "set-up"...  What a darling vintage painting easel...  Cedarburg has a lot of "old stone buldings" - 1853...  The background settings for these Artist's is AwEsoMe!!!

In the background you can see the old stone buildings at the Cedar Creek Settlement...  It now houses the Anvil Restaurant...
