that did the fairgrounds in - around noon...
Jeff & I Hunkered Down In-my-Van among what little merchandise we were able to toss in...
It was surreal seeing merchandise flying in-the-air & smashing against the adjacent buildings... Our 2 WELL-ANCHORED Tents took flight...

Thankful we were SAFE! ~ But we're still shaken up!!!
Our "2" very well anchored tents landed about 3 booths down the isle...
The wind force was sooooo strong that the bungie cords securing the tents together BROKE!!!
Other reports coming in - some people had cuts from flying debris, power lines down by our booth, tree limbs down, ambulance sighting, - even HEAVY FURNITURE was flipped over.
AFTER THE WIND SUBSIDED WE STILL HAD TO PACK UP IN THE RAIN... PACKING UP EVERYTHING WET & BROKEN, ALONG WITH THE DRIVE HOME *WAS MISERABLE*...

So sorry...did you lose both of your tents? and how much stuff was ruined? i made the official decision this year that i am done with outdoor vintage markets as well. so much time goes in to packing / unpacking/ set up and then reversing all that. just not worth it if the weather doesn't cooperate
