ChiPPy!-SHaBBy! Visits C*A*L*I*F*O*R*N*I*A'S GoLd Country!*!*!

Sacramento...  Auburn... Nevada City... Sutter Creek...

Frog Husband and I spent the last 5 days in sunny California ~ Bottle Show in Historic AUBURN, then onto quaint towns - like SUTTER CREEK - "My FaVoRiTe Pick"...

I was pleasantly surprised to see a complete remodel of the Sacramento California Airport...  Look at those hanging birdcages!*!*!

 More "eye-candy" at the airport...

Word is that there is an ANTIQUE FLEA MARKET
2nd Sunday of the month in this area...
Sacramento antique faire

I netted this sweet "Anthro" BiRdie Wrap Sweater at
FRENCH CUFF CONSIGNMENT, in the hip "MidTown" District of Sacramento...

Auburn had a quaint old historic downtown...
Lots of "Good Eateries"...

Scenic winding roadway on our way to Sutter Creek...

 My FaVoRite Town...
Wait till you SEE pics of
THE ANTIQUE GARDNER STORE!*!*!
Maria of DREAMY WHITES also did a post on Aimee's Store last spring...

I'll be posting lots more pics of my visit
~ when I can fit it in...
Just got back ~ My week is sooooo busy...

  1. Welcome back! Can't wait to see more photos. You were close to my home town. They've really improved the Sacramento airport in the last couple of years.

  3. If I found an Anthro shirt in a consigment store I would be happy but I have found a butter dish!

  6. You were in my neighborhood! Well not really but very close. Whenever I talk about going downtown on my blog or to the city it is Sacramento...most often midtown. I could easily live there. But I live on the outskirts in the burbs along the country roads where farms still exist. I'm on the hwy 99 and hwy 50 side. But I know all the places you visited. I knew about and visited The Antique Gardener way before I knew Maria of Dreamy Whites. We often camp nearby at the Old Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park. Glad you had such a wonderful time here!
