Prompted by an Antique Bottle Show
in Chattanooga, TN -
Frog Husband & I spent the last week doing a *Blurrrrr-Tour* "Of-The-South"
-which included parts of Georgia, North & South Carolina, & Tennessee...
We *PIGGED-OUT* on some regional BBQ
at a Fun and Funky Restaurant just a few miles outside
of Asheville, North Carolina's UpScale Downtown Area...
**LUELLA'S BAR-B-QUE**
We saw a good number of ANTIQUE STORE SIGNS, but most of the
shops we stopped at were what I call **BROWN-OUTS** ~
Along with being full of NOT the good kind of Junk!!!
Knowing that our main focus WAS NOT ChiPPy-SHaBBy ShoPPing, & the fact that we flew-in, - DID NOT STOP ME when I found 2-Killer Pieces at SHABBY SHACK -that I had to have!!!
We found a Bottle Collector at the Show, who is hauling them home for me!!! ~ Can't Wait!*!*!

I might have considered purchasing on our entire trip...
Sad to say, - The areas we just "happened upon by chance"
just didn't have any ViNtaGe ChiPPy-WHiTeS to speak of...

I LoVed Downtown CHATANOOGA, Tennessee, -where the Antique Bottle Show was held!*!*! Just an AwEsoMe City for WALKING - and did we ever do just that!!!
FaB Restaurants as well!*!*! Cooking hot temperatures teetering around 100 degrees - OMG!!!
I Highly Recommend Downtown Chattanooga's FARMER'S MARKET,
Held on Sundays... I had the BeSt Time Shopping there!!!
AwEsoMe Food Choices - Especially the BBQ Pork!!!
Netted some Delicious Peaches & this "Handmade" Seagrass Tote
which will definitely go to some good use!!!

This is rather spooky as I live about 3 blocks behind Luella's BBQ AND I have a booth at Shabby Shack in Brevard. Shabby Shack isn't really shabby at all, is it?

DeleteOMG!*!*! You're right, SHaBBy Shack ISN'T SHABBY - but I found 2 things that were!!! Pics when I get them at the end of this month!!! AND - loved your neighborhood!!! We walked the "upper historic area" above LUELLA'S BBQ!!! It was a very QUICK TRIP without focusing on SHaBBy ShoPPing - so I did not do any pre-planning on SHaBBy Shops - but would have sooooo enjoyed meeting you and finding out **The Scoop** on SHaBBies IN-YOUR-AREA...
