Saturday Morning "Junker Outing" RUMMAGE-A-RAMA...

For years we've wondered what could be found at RUMMAGE-A-RAMA here in Milwaukee...  Will there be more tube socks, spices, string cheese, etc. than antiques????  The place was mobbed - not much more to do on a cold winter day here in Wisconsin... I did find a few shabbies - but honestly - it was my first and last visit...

Welcome Junkers!!! ~ A bit expensive ~ $5. for parking plus $4. each to get in...

Old Children's Blocks.... I just had to play!*!*!

This lady had "The BeSt" Vintage Booth...  I did buy quite a few things from her... I'll be bringing them to the FEBRUARY 13th Show in Germantown...  Maybe you'll get a "sneak peek" as it gets closer...

This was a FaBuLouS ChiPPy!-SHaBBy! Vase...

An old set of "JACKS"!*!*!  Complete with original packaging...

After lunch we made a quick pit-stop at the Mall...  I saw these Wonderfully Old Vintage Suitcases...  Of course they were NFS - store display only...

  2. Thanks for your very kind words about our booth! We are two friends that sell what we love. We're glad that you enjoyed our finds.

The old Rummage-A-Rama had "gone away", until a young entrepeneur revived it last fall. You can read about that at www.rummage-a-rama.com/Tradition.html

As with many new events, seasoned vendors wait a bit to see how things are going before they jump on board. We think you'll see more and more quality booths at future shows as current vendors spread the word about their success.

You might like to know that admission is only $2 with a donation of two food items that go to the Hunger Task Force. And, free parking is available in the North lot. Yes, it's a bit of a hike but most of us in Wisconsin can use the exercise.

The Cabin Fever Flea Market sounds great - hope to see you there!
