"Old-Fashioned" BEERNTSEN'S CANDY STORE...

Cedarburg , Wisconsin (where I live) is such a quaint old historic town... Most of the old stone buildings date around the mid 1800's... Our main street - 2 long city blocks , is just gorgeous all decked out for the Christmas Holiday Season... A dusting of snow is the icing on the cake... Inside the Stagecoach Inn Bed & Breakfast - is 'BEERNTSEN'S OLD-FASHIONED CANDY STORE'...

Here is a night view of the Stagecoach Inn... The building dates from 1853... I've worked there as an Innkeeper off and on for about 16 years... Beerntsen's Candies is inside to the right of the front door... I eat about "6" delicious candies just about every time I work!*!*! Thank goodness for 3 flights of stairs...

The old stone walls are amazing...

Beerntsen's always displays seasonal decorations "hanging from the ceiling wires"...

Beerntsen's main store is about 1-1/2 hours north of Cedarburg, in Manitowoc - Wisconsin... This little independent shop has been in business for generations...

Sooooo many people come in year after year "sharing their candy shop memories"...

Santas... Nutcrackers... Snowmen...

  2. I love your photos of the Stagecoach. Especially love the photo of the Cherry Jar. I loved my stay at Stagecoach but it is much more charming decked out for Christmas. Amy
