OMG!*!*!  This is The Most AwEsoMe Find from this past weekend!!!!  I finally got around to taking it out of the box ~ just today....   It's going to be a keeper for now!!!  More to come when I "catch my breath"   busy... busy... busy...

BeSt Antique Weekend in Minnesota!!!     If I had to pick "Just One" Antique/Vintage Shop to call MY FaVoRite ~ It would be HUNT & GATHER, in Minneapolis... LOVE IT!!! ~ LOVE IT!!!! ~ LOVE IT!!!  With my upcoming shows in mind, "I smoked my pocket book" at the check-out...  The BeSt - Most AwEsoMe Finds, were hauled out the door...

 Hunt & Gather is just a block away from a very UpScale Community ~ Edina, Minnesota... Great restaurants and other FaBuLouS Shopping+++...

OK...  I totally understand why the owner had an NFS on this AwEsoMe Piece!!!  I would have snatched this up in a heart beat as a "keeper" myself...  I could just see her with vintage millinery & necklaces...

OMG!*!*! ~ What Fun I had!!!  There are 2 shops in the town of Plymouth, Wisconsin that have a variety of Old & New items ~ all displayed for inspiration/enjoyment...  FIBBER MCGEE'S CLOSET & THE RED ROOSTER...  Yesterday was their "SpRiNg Open House"...  I managed to take the day off work to attend... I came home with a "keeper" and a few items for my upcoming Shows/SaLes...

 The line was forming shortly before 3 o'clock when they opened...

BeSt SuRpRisE!*!*!  As Liz and I rounded the corner ~ OMG!!!!!!!! ~ Beth & Carol were shopping!!!!  Beth is from Lake Geneva & Carol - Door County...  It was such a delight to visit with them!!!!!   PROFESSIONAL SHOPPERS!*!*!

St. Louis, MO AnTiQuE Road Trip...

Sooooo we started out early Saturday morning in THE WORST road conditons!!! ~ Major spins outs EVERYWHERE!!!  However, we did make it safely...  Jeff collects Antique Bottles...  We had a selling table at a show in the St. Louis area...  There are "2" favorite antique stops we make - where I almost always bring home a keeper for me - a real plus!!!  Unfortunately, the bad news is ~ I FORGOT MY CAMERA!!!  ~ I was just sick...  50 miles from home - the light bulb went on - OMG!!!  I drove my husband nuts all weekend with " I can't believe I forgot my camera"!*!*!

I'll be getting rid of the frame - of course...  It was painted on an old board... A little bit chippy left  bottom edge...  Tooooo Tweet!*!*! or is that Sweet!?!?!

What I'll be MISSING OUT ON!!! ~ Warrenton TEXAS Flea Market...

OK... I"m feeling a bit SAD that sooooo many of you Bloggers are packing up - Right NOW & heading to WARRENTON, TEXAS for the AmAZiNg "Mother of All Flea Markets"!!!   I sooooo enjoyed helping out Mariann last Fall!!!  It was an experience that has changed my life forever!*!*!  Besides the wonderful people I met, here are a few pics of things I'll miss...  Perhaps I'll visit again in the Fall????

 The Heat-Index was over "100 degrees"!*!*!  The Bug Juice Man had the BeSt LeMoNaDe on the planet!!!  What a funky set up it was!!! ~ Great conversations EACH TIME I visited his stand...

Our booth was just a stone's throw from ZAPP HALL...  The food smelled delicious and that it was...  Their ICE TEA - free refills... ~ was THE BEST I've ever tasted!!!  ~ Not to mention these amazing seasoned cracker snacks they had!!!  

Best Mexican Tacos!*!*! ~ I honestly had one EVERY single day I was there...

Just a stone's throw from the famous JUNK GYPSIES BOOTH...  The Junk GYPSIES VIDEO WILL DEFINITELY GET YOUR FLEA MARKET JUICES FLOWING!!! 

 Here's Teresa from GARDEN ANTQS VINTAGE...  Her booth was right across from us by Zapp Hall!!!  I am honored to have met her...  ~ Genuine nice person...  Sorry I'll miss the Blog Party she hosts...  Her booth is AmAZiNg!!! ~  I passed up that AwESoMe metal awning that was for sale....  What was I thinking???

Simplest of things.... & AnThRoPoLoGie Display...

 I picked up this "Tiny Bling" Item at Grayslake Flea Market this past weekend...  ~ The double picture frame...  It is the sweetest little thing!!!  I took out the baby photos that there in it and added things I love - chandeliers & birds with crowns...  A PeRfeCt adornment for my jewelry nook on my plateau mirror... 

Anthropologie in Highland Park, Illinois ALWAYS has The BeSt Displays!!!  Their stylist's are THE BEST - MOST CREATIVE!!!  (click to enlarge for better detail)...  

These AmAziNg Plastic Sculpture Flower Balls were hanging in their corner window...

They appear to made from PLASTIC BOTTLES that were spray painted and cut...

Look at those FaBuLouS Flowers above the bed!!!  

The Flowers actually looked  much better in person...  They had wires in them to help hold the shape...  BTW... ~ I finally used my Holiday/Birthday Gift Cards on this visit!!! ~ Came home with the most amazing jacket and blouse!!!!!!!!!!!
